“Lame Duck” is an elected official or legislature still in power after an election but before the new officials take office, with limited influence or time to pass laws.
Given these constraints, we have limited time to get critical policy actions passed. ANJEC has identified key regulations and legislations that will strengthen environmental protection and restoration while building healthier more resilient communities.
